Great experience from the entire staff. Our association worked directly with Robert and he went above and beyond what we asked of him on several occasions. There was also a woman manager, I do not know her name and she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with as well. Our association will definitely keep our business with Trad's.
Their service was good when I first signed up, but it's been inconsistent at best over the last year. I've had to call a supervisor several times.
