Had entire yard re-sodded last year. I hired Trads in Dec. The yard now looks as if it's been there for years and has been totally neglected. About a third of it or more has either large brown areas or large bare spots. Each technician that comes out gives a different excuse for its condition, says he' ll take care of it, but it just gets worse. One of the last ones said I can just plant plugs in the bare areas. The salesperson (Don) talks a good talk and I was stupid and fell for it. My lawn now needs replacing. You call and they never acknowledge your call or complaint. You have to call back several times to get someone to even come out, which I might say is a week or more later after the damage is not repairable. They never call you back to talk about their neglect or non service. Worse lawn service around. I went with them because they were local. BIG MISTAKE! I guess the bottom line is THEY LIE.
Such a unique experience, not only in the way that it is locally owned but that they have a sense of authenticity with the chickens, staff, and large variety of plants and plant needs. By far my favorite place to buy all of my gardening accesories.
The pest control department does not explain it's billing policy correctly and when you stop service they hit you with extra payments. I do not like there service and would not use them.
Amazing knowledgeable owners. I love shopping local and I wouldn't oh anywhere else for quality plants and flowers!!!
