My mother lives in this community and absolutely loves it. She feels safe and she has terrific neighbors. No matter what she has needed it has always been taken care of immediately and for that she is very thankful. The office staff and the maintenance crew are absolutely amazing and treat her like family. Thank you to all of them.
I am so glad I chose Traditions after I sold my home last year. I have a two bedroom and it very nice. Anytime I have needed anything done, as far as maintenance goes, it has been taken care of immediately by two of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I feel safe having them in my home while they are assisting me and trust them to be in my home when I am not there. They have always done a terrific job. My neighbors are friendly and the community is kept nice and clean.

We've lived here for 3 years, and I have to say this is a nice friendly community. The Office, Monica and Elizabeth, do a great job of taking care of any issues. Our dog Jack likes to visit the office at least once each day, and always has a treat. The maintenance guys, Chad and Steve, do a great job of keeping everything running. Their maintenance office is another of Jack's favorite places to visit, he gets treats and attention. We have a 4 bedroom townhouse. It is very spacious and nice. The office and maintenance people are great. Also it is very pet friendly. Our dog Jack loves it here, and so do we.
Traditions is a great place to live and work. The location is convenient to both I-65 and US 31, and is less than a mile from Historical Downtown Franklin which is full of locally owned shops, restaurants and pubs, and The Artcraft Theatre, my personal favorite. The community is also on Franklin's greenway trail system. Traditions has been managed by the same company for nearly 17 years, and I've worked at the property for nearly 16 years. I love it!
The staff is professional and caring. The apartments are clean and spacious. and the location is PERFECT!
