This place is ridiculous. They denied us cause a misdemeanor charge from 5 years ago. The office doesn’t even know their guidelines and policy’s.
RecommendedI've lived here for just under 5 months and I love it. I'm fortunate that they had updated 2 bedrooms available. I'm happy to pay a little extra for the update look. I've decorated and made it my own, definitely worth it. The office staff and maintenance have been great. Very on top of things. No complaints here for sure. My neighbors are friendly and the common areas are kept up nicely. Until I can afford a new home, this is my home.
I lived in a condo at Traditions for a year and 1/2. It was a wonderful experience. The office manager and her assistant were kind, personable and very responsive. The maintenance staff processed work orders in a timely manor, often times went above and beyond with odds/ends requests that I had. Actually fix problems when they occur. Multiple times things would break and the would “fix” them only to break again. About a month or so before we left mice were eating through the walls from other apartments and the office stated nothing could be done. This caused us to break our lease because they were horrible conditions! It was a wonderful place to live and the office was great until this situation.

The staff at Traditions is extremely helpful and professional! They helped us get our dear grandmama a safe and happy place to live!! Thank you Monica and Gidget! Grandmama is so so happy now! She hasn’t had a flare up since moving in!!!!
