I’ll give it four stars because there really isn’t anything in Binghamton that compares to it. I’ve noticed that it has slipped some. We go for a couples massage three times a year and very rarely get the same masseuse twice. We usually also shower and then dine. The showers have been inconsistent and actually out of order for a time. The hot water was repaired and almost too hot. Meal was good and service fair in the Tavern. Great place for a massage. The relaxation and thought given to the experience is professional and spot on!
Love when i get spoiled by my husband and get to come have a "me day!" The body renewal massage is just what I need and they provide a great relaxing environment and have great customer care practices implemented!♡ will be returning soon!
