It was my first time there. I had a wonderful massage by Justin. I will say that the entrance is very very confusing especially if you've never been there before I didn't know where to check in I just kind of walked in and was lost. The staff wasn't overly friendly or welcoming. I thought it was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice.
