This company picked up The Barter Group (TBG) partners, yet wants companies to make as much though them before they release the amount they had before when they were with TBG. Business had already built up barter dollars, and were taxed on them already. I have spoken with them on sever occasions, and they have agreed to give us what out account had before they acquired TBG, but every time we try to use any of the supposed barter dollars, we get the run around and have to go through the entire process again. will going on 3 months of trying to cancel and they keep on charging us. our account has always been in good standing no reason other than lack of customer service.

We have worked with tradeSource over the past year, and only had one issue dealing with a barter participant, it wasn't a Tradesource issue but they helped us resolve it quickly and professionally.
