Someone named Steven Julien reaches out to us and this is how the conversation went. Not a good way of getting people to invest their business with yours. The conversation began to turn to her easement and he would not leave me alone. Started degrading me and just being rude.
I spoke with someone to pay my remaining balance and cancel, of course they took my money to pay the balance but didn’t cancel. When I called to find out why I’m still being charged they said I have to cancel in writing. Either their staff is poorly trained or they are crooked and unwilling to cancel your membership so they can continue to charge monthly membership fees.
Seriously? Why can't you have a restaurant guide that is easy to find/use?? I have spent over 30 minutes trying to see who you guys are with! We have a family and friend group that would love to use some trade, but have no idea where to use it!!! If I was a restaurant, I would be angry if the company that is supposed to represent my best interest couldn't even refer me to potential clients!!! There should be a list updated every week, if not every day!!'
