There promptness is poor and I was not impressed.
My recent experience of hiring carpenters through Tradesmen International was extremely poor. I hired one “journeyman” carpenter who showed up late on his first day. Work ethic and skill was not proportional to journeyman level. He took 3 halfhour smoke breaks, an hour long lunch and lied on his submitted timecard twice now. Day 2 brought an additional “journeyman” carpenter who worked just as poorly. He even came back after lunch smelling like beer. Had to send them both away from the jobsite early.
