Was very unhappy with my visit to this Trader Joe’s store yesterday .. thought I bought strawberry milk and found it had the word “cultured” strawberry milk which means it tastes like curd and not like milk� I bought some ready to eat organic pomegranate and found it was acidic and spoilt... had to throw it out.. since it costed $3.99.. didn’t think it made sense to go back to change it .. they shouldn’t keep fruit after they are spoilt.. Great prices, selection and service! Someone is always there, ready to help you. I like the sample station, gorgeous flowers, spices, and cheese selection. I always try something new at each trip to my local Trader Joe's.
I've gone to TJ's on Masonic since day one. You saw the same employees and shoppers and became friends. The parking gets ridiculous, but great to have it in the neighborhood. It used to be a specialty paint store and wasn't meant to be a popular grocery store. Just food for thought. TJ doesn't carry a wide variety like Safeway but It has staples and rotates specialty goodies.
