I love this store and its employees. I came in yesterday and my cashier was so very kind and friendly.
My 4 year old lost her MIND today at the grocery store. But we drove too far to just abandon the groceries. So as I desperately tried to shush her, the staff of the store came with stickers and lollipops, which were given to the boys for being well behaved. Then a grumpy old man complained that we should leave. And the cashier said, "We understand" and tried to give me a bouquet of flowers. It was sweet and touching. I can't express how much I love Trader Joe's. Not only are all of their products amazing but I had a great experience there today. My two year old had a full blown meltdown in the middle of the store when I put her in the cart after not listening to me. After I started shopping again, Trader Joe's employee, Christian, approached me and offered me a bouquet of flowers. We forget a grocery bag some months back. We live 45 minutes away. I called the store and spoke with the manager. They had our bag in the refrigerated area. When we got back to pick it up he spoke with us and gave me a bunch of flowers for my trouble in having to come back and get it! Love trying different products and they have some great inexpensive wines.
I went to Trader Joes for the first time today. I asked Alex if everything was organic. I said my brother was just diagnosed with cancer and couldn't have any pesticides or preservatives. He explained the process. After about an hour of shopping Alex found me and handed me a bouquet of flowers and a card that was signed by all the employees!! What an amazing thing to do!! There really are still nice people in this world #
I am so impressed with Trader Joes customer service! The cashier forgot my "Everyday Seasonings" the last time I shopped here. I told the manager today and showed her the receipt. She apologized and not only brought me my seasoning but flowers too!
