I came in to the store today with my 2 year old and my infant. 5 feet into the store the 2 year old was throwing a crying fit and I was about to turn around and abandon the groceries and the whole day of errands. Then, one of your employees patiently came over, got her a little kids shopping cart and told her to go shopping. She did a 180 and happily finished the entire trip without another tear.
