Shout out to the customer service worker that spoke to me in a shitty condescending way when I found TJ the tiger today.. got super excited because you know.. it’s also fun for adults to find joy especially after a long and not so great week..but your tone crushed my spirit! You obviously don’t get it.
This is a great grocery store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Really good about taking items back you do not like.
I made a quick visit last night to grab a few things and the cashier Reta (red hair) was the friendliest person I have ever met. She is amazing..
Love the vegetarian options available! And the customer service. Yesterday I did some shopping there and happened to mention to the cashier that it was my birthday. Before I left I was presented with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! So surprised and appreciative! That small gesture made my day!
Great place! Most of the staff are great, great customer service, great with returns and basically everything else. We sometimes come in just to chat with some of the guys��
I’ve been an avid shopper at Trader Joe’s since the late 80’s out west. Always clean , well stocked and friendly staff.
