I recently employed Trademark Home Exteriors to build an in-law suite attached to the back of my daughter’s house. I could not be more pleased with the results. The owner Mark came from Conway to Carolina Shores to look at our enclosed porch. Measured , looked at photos on his iPad .Discussed timeframe and where he gets his materials. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving.Mark said he would get it to us by than. We understood when we didn't get one due to the holiday. My husband followed up and again we were told the estimate would be due before the end of the day on Friday. A week later we are still waiting.

The only reason did not give 5 stars was due to the lack of communication with the electrician, couldn't get the final inspection done until the electrician completed his portion of the job. The 2 employees doing the conversion from screen room to 3 season room were very friendly, professional, and neat. They answered any question we had during the process. Highly recommend Trademark Home Exteriors.

Went to Conway Showroom and spoke with Mark about sunrooms. Mark made an appointment, came out to house and we discussed sunrooms, options, etc. He said he would email quote on Thursday. that was weeks ago. Called office past week and was told "Mark was on job, she would call him and she would call me right back" That never happened and I have never heard from Mark since. Poor way to do business.
