I received a detailed estimate and discussed the work to be done. I never received a phone call or email with an update. When I called it would be hours and on one occasion the next day before I received a call back. My car wasn't ready when promised twice and if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known. They changed the scope of work and I didn't find out about it until I picked up my car.
