I could not be more pleased with my experience using Trade Secret. They were professional & efficient! I was communicated with at least daily with updates on the status of my car. Trade Secret in Plano has repaired my VW and two of our Audi vehicles over the past several years. We sincerely appreciate the communication and professionalism throughout the repair process.
They had taken payment from me in full to order replacement parts & gave me a date 2 months later . I showed up on the appointment date only to find out that they were closed for business on that day . I think they do such things on purpose . Can't see any other logical explanation .
My husband and I dealt with Jason Jones; Jason kept us updated on the repair; allowed us to come by on a weekend to see what was going on, and Trade Secret did a fantastic repair on our car! I was so pleased with the service we received from Jason and Trade Secret! My Audi looks brand new again!!! I would definitely recommend them; hopefully I will never have to use them again (just because I do not want another accident, not because they aren't good, because they are awesome!) Thank you so much Trade Secret!!!
