My back pain is gone and I feel stronger I am 62 and had hip surgery 2 years ago. I was still having some pain in my back. My doctor said I could exercise and stretch with a trainer. Tracy helped me get my back stretchin the areas needed and taught me how to stretch for specific pain and muscles. it was simple to learn and now i believe that stretching and becoming more flexible is now a important part in my life. I warm up and stretch everyday. I feel so much better. Along with some free weigths and core work, i feel great.
Sunset Yoga The sunset yoga class is very nice. Great view. On 10th floor. Wonderful view of sunset during class. I enjoy it
I can't wait to come back I miss the stairs. I have not been able to go for a while, but I loved training with Tracy in private sessions and her boot camps. I can't wait till I can get back.
Tracy is a great trainer Tracy is a great trainer. Her studio is nice and has a great view. She also knows a lot of medical and re-hab therapy things.
