I am posting this review on behalf of my parents whose commercial property is for sale: I would strongly caution other sellers before working with this agent. I met Tracy Cousineau in November 2025 at my office to list my commercial building. Potential customers should know: per Mike Rafi's summer 2025 video on YouTube, Cousineau failed to inform a homeowner that she had sent a photographer (Whitney Morris) to their home, and failed to warn the photographer that the house might be occupied, as is customary.
