The overall experience was smooth and quick. The vehicle was not detailed or checked. I had to pay to get it detailed, oil filter changed, AC fixed and new serpentine belt. Yes you can say its my fault for not negotiating that in but Im used to dealership by me that automatically details and preps vehicles when they know im coming in along with being up front on any issues it could have. I usually buy new vehicles but have a few used around. I am not saying they did anything wrong, they sell cars to make money its a business... read more
