Went in to look at a Chevy Cruze. They had the car I test drove it and was going to trade in my truck. They kept my truck keys the entire time and my registration essentially keeping me there. Couldn’t get the loan for a used car but they offered me a new Chevy Cruze. They were very pushy trying to get me to buy a new car and let me sit there at the table for 45 minutes at a time while he went back and talked with the finance manager, but it’s an old salesman trick they weren’t talking about the car. I talked to them 3 days in a row about the car they made me apply on line ran my credit agree on a payment drove over 1 hour way . Test drove it went to sign the papers payment. Went up 30 dollars ask why they were selling me a different car with out telling me because they sold the other one on my way down there . Didn't call or even was going to tell me .. Scam artists there . Beware... They would not even match the price they said they call me the next day and let me know if they could . They never did .. BUYERS BEWARE...... read more

I called to set up an appointment to see the truck but the salesmen couldn’t be bothered to leave their air conditioned room and come outside. I parked right in front of the big plate glass window, they looked at me, then went right back to their conversation. I walked around the truck, looked at it for 15-20 minutes, still no one would leave their air conditioned room, they’ll watch the customer but will not go out and meet the customer.
