From first contact with Tony my sales consultant, the entire experience was a 10++, Everything was upfront and the car and information on the advertisement was exactly as shown. My sales consultant Tony Geronimo, was excellent knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Robert in the finance department was also top in his area of knowledge and professionalism. The overall experience was smooth and quick. The vehicle was not detailed or checked. I had to pay to get it detailed, oil filter changed, AC fixed and new serpentine belt. Yes you can say its my fault for not negotiating that in but Im used to dealership by me that automatically details and preps vehicles when they know im coming in along with being up front on any issues it could have. I usually buy new vehicles but have a few used around. I am not saying they did anything wrong, they sell cars to make money its a business... read more
