Overall good. The staff were easy to work with and test drive was good. Negotiation was as you would expect but overall satisfied with my experience and purchase. Took a while longer than expected to get paperwork done but it was a Saturday. Would recommend this dealership.
My nice new old truck is just right for me their is some rust but were honest about it. Bryce was great everything simple
Michael Thomas did a great job as my salesperson and they got me approved for financing with no issues despite not having much credit history. Everything went smoothly and he was great with communicating and sending me videos of the truck before I came in for the test drive.
The car buying experience with the dealership was great! Everyone we came in contact with was very welcoming, professional, and courteous. Our sales rep Sterling was so awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking .
Best experience
I set up appointment with Southern GMC/Buick in Virginia Beach over a week before going to see Truck on a Sunday morning. On Saturday was informed that the truck is not available yet due to still being prepped and accepted/inspected at Southern Chevrolet. So was unable to go and look at & test drive vehicle on day appointment was set for. Because of this my auto shopping experience was not good at all

Everyone at John Thornton was helpful, in my purchasing of a truck. Jason Shaver and Bradley made my purchasing easy and was able to work with me to make things happen. I definitely would purchase another vehicle from them later down the road, really enjoyed the service.
