My experience was disappointing frustrating and I will never go there again. We had an appointment to see the car and another family took it for a test drive. The dealership told us it was still ours. They said we were the number 1 and we had it locked in. We were there for 2 hours filling out applications and going to buy the car when they came back and said the other couple got it. They lied and deceived. Wasted 2 hours to go home with no car
They presented us with a 9% interest loan (764 credit score) and then when we went to do the paperwork, it switched to 12.9%. My wife ended up buying the car anyway, but they clearly did a bait and switch. The experience was fine otherwise, but definitely will not be returning for future purchases.
I test drove the car I was interested in on Saturday. The sales rep was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to wait until Monday after work to go purchase the car. Their customer service person stayed in contact with me Monday afternoon and I confirmed I would still be there after 5 pm on Monday. I was looking forward to completing the purchase of my new car.
