My experience was disappointing frustrating and I will never go there again. We had an appointment to see the car and another family took it for a test drive. The dealership told us it was still ours. They said we were the number 1 and we had it locked in. We were there for 2 hours filling out applications and going to buy the car when they came back and said the other couple got it. They lied and deceived. Wasted 2 hours to go home with no car
They presented us with a 9% interest loan (764 credit score) and then when we went to do the paperwork, it switched to 12.9%. My wife ended up buying the car anyway, but they clearly did a bait and switch. The experience was fine otherwise, but definitely will not be returning for future purchases.
I test drove the car I was interested in on Saturday. The sales rep was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to wait until Monday after work to go purchase the car. Their customer service person stayed in contact with me Monday afternoon and I confirmed I would still be there after 5 pm on Monday. I was looking forward to completing the purchase of my new car. We live over an hour away. We called and set up a time to view the car. The salesman told me that the car would be ready and have gas when we get there. I called again to tell him that my wife was on her way. He said, “great it will be ready.” When she got there someone else was test driving the vehicle. They told her to hang around the other person wasn’t likely to buy it. 3 hours later, we were told that the other buyer just bought the car.
