I'm truly sorry you did not get your calls returned. My office has had terrible issues with our phone coverage, and I am constantly working with my staff too improve it. But I can promise you that if you did net get a call back, (1) I personally did not get the message and (2) it does not in any way reflect my genuine concern for my patients.
He saved my life when he was called into ER and through my days in ICU. Follow up outpatient care and education were excellent. Office staff are friendly, understanding, and very efficient.

Thru an elevated PSA, 6.8, biopsy, MRI, TURP and finally HiFu over a 3 mo period with total destruction of the prostate due to an intermediate growth cancer, Dr. Gapin remained professional, courteous, caring and informative. When I look back on those procedures I am thankful I chose Dr. Gapin as I have had no problems since or side effects. I'm able to perform all my activities like nothing happened at all. I am amazed.
