The TSC brand fuel pellets for a pellet stove are junk they keep causing jams in the auger and Carter pins breaking for the auger motor because of the pellets jamming up the auger is putting it in a bind, they randomly just go out, they get super hard inside the pot after burning that you almost can’t break with a hammer, it’s costing me more money to have these junk pellets than it is to use them what I want to know is what is Tractor Supply going to do about this? My fiance recently purchased a chicken coop from TS. He paid to have it shipped and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. The driver contacted him this morning and said that he was unable to deliver our chicken coop because he wasn't able to make it to our house.... Yet Walmart and Amazon have no problem with delivering whatever it is that we need. However I must say that customer support did an absolute fantastic job at assisting me and I do appreciate that however I now have chickens with no coop... I will not be contacting... read more
