Friendly cashier. Staff is helpful.
Pet washing stations is always having issues. Last year, I went twice hot/warm water never works. There’s only ice-cold water. I stoped by January 2025, once again only ice-cold water was available. It’s a shame that management does nothing about the issue because it seems that all of the staff is aware of the matter.
Nobody wants to go outside to fill up a propane tank
I visited Tractor Supply at 6:20 PM to use the dog wash station, which I was told would be available until closing at 7 PM. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the dog wash station actually closes an hour before the store does. This was frustrating because I had called ahead and was assured that the station would be open until 7 PM. To make matters worse, the manager took 30 minutes to come speak with us, so we ended up leaving without being able to wash our dog. Disappointing experience overall.
Love this store, it has everything under one roof. Love it!
