Always a positive experience when shopping here. Helpful friendly staff and clean. It was disheartening to see a young manager being yelled at but she still kept her cool and continued to assist Christmas shoppers with a smile. People are quick to lose their marbles to the point of abusing staff and that is not okay. It’s a wonder we have anyone working in customer service of any establishment anymore when you have to deal with unruly customers. Keep up the good work Tractor Supply employees, we see you!
Dishonest. Buyer beware! Caught a manager covering up prices of discounted Christmas merchandise and lying to me about the cost of an item when I questioned it being incorrect at the register. Came back in to get a item I forgot to get and when I walked back past the item in question, she was standing there and admittedly covered the prices! I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. Very disheartening.
Plus an experience plus an experience, pleasant clean, except for no.Soap in the bathroom and the toilet was broken
Great staff, they run good deals and have plenty of supplies no matter the situation.
