Nothing against the staff. Just expect your phone to brick as soon as you enter the parking lot. Its a dead zone. Connecting to TSC guest wifi fixed it
Ordered something online for in store pickup. Said it would be here 7 days later. 7 days later they canceled the order with no explanation. Oh thanks for the heads up!
Great place to purchase pet food in large quantities. I wish they'd carry more specialty products such as bulk litter deodorizers/options for odor control, etc..
Went in Tuesday to get some dog meds. As I was walking out of the store I noticed the packaging had been damaged. Went back in to the cashier who had checked me out. He said "I know what your gonna say, it was damaged in shipping. The manager checked it, it's fine." To this I replied well I'm gonna open it here in front of you just incase. Guess what? IT WAS EMPTY! The guy seemed rather annoyed and told me to go get another one as if we were just an annoyance to him. Not impressed.
Place is awful. Worst customer service.
