Staff here are great. Everyone is very friendly and they are always willing to help. They are very friendly to my dog Elmo when he goes for his bath time in the back!! Great place to wash the dog and mine is 140lbs!!!
Always a good trip
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Tractor Supply because the stores typically have a friendly atmosphere and a strong sense of American pride. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the complete opposite. An employee named Dee was incredibly rude from the moment I asked for assistance with the dog tag engraving machine. At first, she basically ignored me.. pretending not to hear me. Then ahe looked at me like I was inconveniencing her, even though there was no line and she wasn’t helping anyone else. I've always loved TS still do just a little disappointed in the dog washing station it was very dirty and dog hair everywhere! I was kinda thankful my dog wouldn't get in the bathing tub. It could be from the last person who used it but still long dog hair everywhere and all in the brushes tubs. Just my own personal experience.
