The staff is always so pleasant and helpful at this location. I want to shout out Shawn - the absolute nicest staff member there. I was flying solo with my extremely anxious pitbull at the vet clinic on a very hot day today - and I had to run back inside to give something to vet, but didn’t want to have to bring her. Shawn was kind enough to stay with my running car so she could sit in the AC and I could go in alone, stress free. I took about 5-7 minutes in there, and he was so kind to help me out.
Went to pick up 35# Sunflower seed. Price went up $30.00 to $99 a bag. Outrageous. Outrageous.
I visited this store specifically for a pet food promotion. While the promotional pricing was appealing enough to draw me away from my usual store, Petco, I was very disappointed to find that the promotion was not honored at checkout. Despite pointing out multiple signs and demonstrating that the product met the promotion's criteria, the cashier offered no assistance and simply shrugged. I won't be shopping here in the future.
