RecommendedReview is employee specific. 12/1/2022 (Lake Worth, TX store) Andrew has great customer service skills. Over the phone he went out of his way to answer my questions, to check on a item for me, found the item (last one in stock) and was sure to hold it for me for pick up. Not once did he rush to end the call, did not appear to be inconvenienced. This type of service is rare these days. Good job Andrew.
We walked in yesterday (7-31-22) to buy dog food. The lady at the counter welcomed us & was very nice. We went to the back to get the dog food as one of the employees came back there & leaned on the dog food. We said “yes?” To the employee as he was trying to get a response from us. Great store! Lots of different things and lots of things for dogs! Dog friendly store so bring your pup to do some shopping! :)
I always shop there for farm or pet needs. Customer service is falling off severely at the Lake Worth Texas store. I needed help for something heavy on the top shelf and after waiting 11 minutes (after 2 pages) I decided to climb up and get it myself. Very disappointed!
