No, I haven't been to your store. Still find it deplorable that you let a known animal abuser (whose license to have that elephant has now been pulled in Florida ) use your parking lot for continued abuse of an old , arthritic elephant. Where's your moral/compassionate compass. Hugo Liebel has amassed 200+ violations for abuse ( yeah, great going USDA for slaps on the wrist for all these disgusting acts).
Love the products but customer service is more than lacking!! Bought 2 pair of Ariet boots and a pair of gloves. Got home and I had 2 left boots and 2 right gloves! Went back to exchange them today the cashier was told there was nobody to help get boots down! The cashier was a little lost. She could not multitask at all. The assistant manager finally walked up to the cash register after I went and got the boot I needed myself down! And he didn’t even say a word! I haven't been to your bussnines and I certainly never will! You apparently promote animal cruelty. How could you agree to a traveling circus in your parking lot! Do you have or care about the cruelty these animals suffer. A young elephant snatch from it's mother and forced into a completely unnatural and lonely environment. Even Ringling brothers retired the elephants due to public outrage by people with compassion. You disgust me!!
