Tractor Supply in Morgantown sold our rainchecked feed that I was assured wouldnt run out in store if I did the rain check Afterwards I called the Fairmont location and asked if they had any, guy even repeated the feed name back to me and said they did. And that he would sit two bags aside for me to come get tonight. 35 min of wasted time and gas to the store they not only didnt set it aside, they dont HAVE any. Drove all this way for a lackluster apology and nothing else
A great store and wonderful staff. Really helped us out when our tire on our trailer blew out. Also helped us replace it. Really above and beyond in care and kindness. Very grateful we came here.

I came into this store for a pickup order. The woman in front of me was checking out dog food to donate for one of the shelters and asked the cashier if they offer any type of discount for that. The cashier asked another man working the store that I assumed was the manager. He told her to give a discount on the dog food and thanked the young lady for what she was doing.
