Really helpful
Inventory online is never right. In-store prices and merchandising seems to be handled by tiny sight-impaired children below reading age. "Cracked corn $9.49" is not $70 dog beds, lol that guy was like, "there's no mistake see it says corn" What a winner.
Evidently their idea of customer service is placing your call on hold every time you call when transferred from the automated service. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Phone call was transferred each time but as soon as employee picked up they put it on hold. No conversation, just immediately put on hold each time. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" is common courtesy.
