Went there today to have one of the guys peek at my lower shift shaft and let me know for sure if it was bent. They are so busy that no one could take 2 minutes and just look and respond. That my friends is why I don't use or recommend going there for even the most minute issue.
This is the worst experience i've ever had purchasing from a big corporate company like bass pro shop. I purchased a $90k pontoon from bass pro shop in october of 2024. In the 1st 30 days of ownership if had the bring the boat for service 2x for system malfunction and factory parts going faulty.
