Gardner and Carolena went over and above to find us a home in this market and then, once they helped find us a home we closed in less than a month which is unheard of. Their diligence and determination was tremendous.
We had a relatively lengthy home purchasing process and Gardner did a great job. We looked at a lot of houses over months and finally found a perfect fit for our family. Gardner was professional and patient. We also used his company to rent out our old house. This was a completely new process for us and his guidance and expertise were spot on.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gardner. He always made himself available and patiently showed us a number of houses before we found the right fit.
