I have been working with Tracey for 6 months. I went to her with severe reflux issues that i had been suffering with daily for 5 years. within 2 months my reflux has dramatically reduced and i am able to enjoy life without worrying about how food or drinks are going to effect how im feeling. I’m so grateful for the in depth assessment and knowledge Tracey has shared with me, empowering me with information to be the healthiest i can be!

I started working with Tracey after having my third child and terrible prenatal panic disorder. I responded to an IG post of Tracey’s after having what I assumed to be gut issues with bouts of diarrhoea and constipation. I had a couple of incidents whilst travelling that caused me a lot of added stress. I had a year of travelling to the city to support my Dad and I’d had enough of the constant “ what if this happens again” finding access to a public toilet. I had enough.
