I started working with Tracey after having my third child and terrible prenatal panic disorder. I was exhausted, still anxious, headaches and migraines, irritable bowl etc. Tracey has helped me tremendously over the last 5 months we have been working together, I still have a long way to go but I am now feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I responded to an IG post of Tracey’s after having what I assumed to be gut issues with bouts of diarrhoea and constipation. I had a couple of incidents whilst travelling that caused me a lot of added stress. I had a year of travelling to the city to support my Dad and I’d had enough of the constant “ what if this happens again” finding access to a public toilet. I had enough. I consulted Tracey after a few years of minor but nagging health issues. She respectully delved into all aspects of my 'being' to understand where to start with treatment. Tracey has a very encouraging way of dealing with people which I have needed. After some severe health trauma i developed bad digestion problems and could see no hope. Tracey has helped walk me back to a place where my life feels mostly normal again. And my digestion has improved. Highly recommend Tracey for her compassion and encouragement towards people (like me) who were/are suffering
