The most unprofessional and rude business operation I dealt with. I was calling and asking for Randy with a few questions I have in regards to their product, the lady answering the phone hung up on me. Called again explaining her the reason of the call and told it is not ok to hang up on customers and she hung up again. I would never deal with them again.
As we all know, stone work is very costly. With so much competition out there, go with a company you can trust and one that will be available to help after the job! The owner/workers made a bunch of costly mistakes and never returned my calls to fix the issues. They had a complete disregard for my yard and personal belongings. They tossed a pair of entrance lights in the yard which broke, ran over the sprinkler heads, and improperly put concrete over water valve to the hose.
