This is not a nice place to live. Since living here we’ve had leaks from upstairs in our kitchen, dining room, closets, and bathroom. The leaks in closet ruined personal items and they do nothing about it. You also have to pay a renters insurance that does not cover leaks. There are problems throughout the complex. Such as the mailbox is broken and pointing out. The dumpsters are constantly over flowed. Neighbors are loud and you can hear through the walls. There are also spiders throughout the apt. RecommendedI havent been here very long but the time I been here it's beautiful in tge apts.. There clean very nice place to stay and Mrs. Nina does everything I ask of her and goes out of her way to help me.. My house Is peaceful I have no worries ..
The lane Lord is liar fraud say I didn't pay my rent when I stay there for 2 year and they do have bed but there
Renter beware! Payed my bills on time. Gave notice before moving. Cleaned apartment top-to-bottom before leaving. Was charged for bogus "damage" to apartment after I left. Was never notified about charge via call, email, or letter. Sent charge to collection company. Now my credit score is messed up. Learned later that this has happened to SEVERAL tenants that have moved out.
I have lived here five years and cant wait for my lease to be up. It is sad to see what was a nice place five years ago go down like it has in past two years. From busted asphalt, broken speed bumps, nasty pool, loud neighbors, and etc it is not worth the 800 a month rent you pay to live here.
