When told to hold my breath, this is the first time I did not feel pressured to have to do it quickly the way she had stated, ( hold your breath when you're ready). no one has ever said it that way and it made me very relaxed in doing so and was able to hold my breath without anxiety! I also let the gal know and complimented her on it!
Better customer service and could be easier to be in communication for insurance outside of the US
