These are the best people to attend to your needs. They truly care. From Lynn at the front desk to the techs who walk you through the process. Hopefully you are fortunate enough to have Silver as your tech. He was outstanding. However, Earl was my first tech for my first procedure and he was great too.
DIRECTIONS TO GET THERE WERE EASY, THE STAFF WAS PROMPT AND VERY POLITE.
The Dr and Staff were Awsome.
My results never made it to the requesting physician, and I was told that there was no verification that the initial fax went through to the ONE fax number they had for my hospital. I recommend that if you use this facility, you should double check often to make sure your results were sent, especially if you are a Madigan Hospital patient.
