Had a busted pipe from the cold freeze. TPR came out and fixed my problem immediately. The technician was knowledgeable and respectful. This is the best plumbing company in the Fort Worth area.

Timely and on a weekend. $100 service fee just for showing up, not applicable to a $585 charge for 1 outdoor faucet, some reciprocating saw use, some clamping and about 15 minutes with of work; coming to my calculation if about $2,640 / hour for labor and equipment, assuming the parts were about $25. The saw work was also sloppy and not straight. The pipe not secured and not straight.
