All plumbing companies advertise 24/7, no one calls back. Once this company did call back they show up late, Tristian did not clean up after himself. Cut a huge unnecessary hole in the wall to make repairs. Terrible customer service. They show no empathy towards military veterans OR widows. Please stay away. My bill came out to $717 for 30 minutes on Sunday. Highway robbery.

Hmm wasn’t to happy with them. I honestly felt lost and didn’t really have much clarified to me. So we paid 225 for a camera inspection which didn’t make sense cause then was told we have a septic tank and nothing much would be able to be done. If I wanted puddles to not be there I would reroute my lines for an estimate of 10 thousand. Had a septic company come out and all I needed was to drain that tank….so it was pretty upsetting that I was even told the wrong thing.

before and after fix. cost $595. worst job ever. estimate $8504 for leaking. and i call another one cost $100 without any leak. nothing to say, no experience, try to take money from client they don’t know. 0 star if i can. hope no one have bad experience like me.

Avoid This Company – Fast Response, But That’s Where the Positives End The only good thing I can say about this company is that they respond quickly. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. The first time I used them, I was charged $600 for a 30-minute job fixing an outdoor faucet—double what another company later quoted for the same repair.
