Had surgery done here, surgery went well Dr. Moscoso was professional. Trista at the front desk however was extremely rude when I returned trying to get paperwork filled out to return to work. 25$ and 72 hours to fill out a return to work slip is ridiculous which is a 5 minute task and the response was because there is only two of us. Then proceeded to snap at me asking if I was done?
