Nurses are awesome but the pediatricians are always in a hurry. Also, you wait hours to be seen by a pediatrician even when you have an appointment
I had a horrible experience at another clinic and my husband decided I needed a new primary, both Drs I have seen are thorough and actually wrote detailed referrals unlike the other clinic. I can finally get the help I need thanks to them!
Nurses are very friendly, but the inefficiency here is terrible. for a scheduled appointment, expect to sit for hours waiting to be seen. looking at other comments, this seems to be known, which means they don't care to fix it.
Waiting is a real issue. Will wait up to an hour or more. BUT Dr. Binder is worth it. She takes her time to listen to you and address all issues. She is the best. I normally schedule early mornings, or very late. That way I can cut down my wait time. My kids had different providers, but they were never treated the way Dr. Binder treats them. She takes their heath seriously.
