had a problem they told me to come back with records, i did, new appointment was with a different doctor, Dr. Franklin. She through her hands up 4 times and said “what do u want me to do” “i really can’t help you” “i can’t sit here and go through ur medical records rightnow” “ i dont know what you want me to do.” I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from a doctor. After that she had me check out with no papers no follow up no care. i just wasted 2 hours of my time.
You often wait hours to be seen, even when you have a scheduled appointment. When my child was 2.5 yo, they called to see us due to "concerns" about her nutrition and possible autism despite the fact that she is healthy, not malnourished, and clearly not autistic. When we got there, the pediatrician apologized for the confusion and told us there had been a documentation error by the nurse staff. Honestly I have never had so much issues with a clinic, not sure if this is normal for this area but I was trying to call about a prescription I refilled a week ago and still have not been contacted it's ready for pick up. Calling them is useless because they say they are open but they are not?
Worst care. They misdiagnosed my son with eczema instead of checking for strep and scarlet fever. Ended up in CHKD with an abscess in his throat since he had strep for a month without us knowing. They also do not respect religious freedom at all and will try to coerce you.
Nurses are awesome but the pediatricians are always in a hurry. Also, you wait hours to be seen by a pediatrician even when you have an appointment
