Honestly I have never had so much issues with a clinic, not sure if this is normal for this area but I was trying to call about a prescription I refilled a week ago and still have not been contacted it's ready for pick up. Calling them is useless because they say they are open but they are not?
Worst care. They misdiagnosed my son with eczema instead of checking for strep and scarlet fever. Ended up in CHKD with an abscess in his throat since he had strep for a month without us knowing. They also do not respect religious freedom at all and will try to coerce you.
Nurses are awesome but the pediatricians are always in a hurry. Also, you wait hours to be seen by a pediatrician even when you have an appointment
I had a horrible experience at another clinic and my husband decided I needed a new primary, both Drs I have seen are thorough and actually wrote detailed referrals unlike the other clinic. I can finally get the help I need thanks to them!
