When my sister went to this dealer with my father, she told the customer relations person and the salesman working with us (of course the original salesperson stayed away) that my father wanted his car back. The night before the original salesperson told me my father's car went to auction. The next day, the salesman and customer service rep stated this car could not be located. Dishonest dealer. I contact this dealer through the Toyota Internet quote program. The sent me a quote for a new Prius that listed the price, the VIN number and the included accessories. I call the dealer and confirmed the price and that the car was available for delivery. I set up an appointment for the following day to test drive the car and to pay for it.
