pretty good experience I did the research on my trade in value and the exact FJ Cruiser I wanted, then applied online for credit and received a call within 5 minutes of sending the credit application online. The finance guy located the exact vehicle for me and processed my credit app within an hour I had a decent interest rate and loan terms and once I gave a $500 deposit over the phone they sent a guy for my truck 200 miles away. Avoid Toyota World - A Major Rip Off! I purchased my 2011 Toyota Prius Hybrid from this unprofessional dealership. The finance manager was the epitome of a consummate [non-permissible content removed]. I was told that the original cars warranties were not transferable to another buyer! ( NOT TRUE )!!! Avoid this place like the plague!
Excellent Buying Experience I just bought a 2010 Toyota Venza. My salesman was Bob E. and the sales manager is Jim. Both were professional and very friendly. I usually dread buying a new car, but Bob and Jim just made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty, integrity and professionalism.

good car and dealership Very efficient, couteous, and honest dealership.The whole process including test drive, paper work, and switching personal items to the new car took 2 hours from the time I walked in till I drove away. I was erroneously charged the 1st months payment which was included in the deal we made.The sales mgr responded immediately to my email alerting him of the oversight, and he agreed to refund the payment without any hesitation, honoring the deal.
Rotten Dealership Bottom line is, stay away from this place. Their salespeople are inexperienced. It took us 5!!! hours to get out of that place with our new lease. We traded in our Honda lease after they promised up and down we would not be bothered by Honda about it. Then, they let the car sit in their lot until months later we called and told them to get the car over to a Honda dealer before the lease on that is actually up. Then Honda billed us for the wear and tear on the car and they refused to honor their statements r... read more
