wonderful experience I went to toyota world for a service appointment and decided to stop in to look at new cars. I had a whole year left on my lease and had no thought of buying a new car. I met Ralph and he showed me the new rav-4 and I immediately fell in love with it. He was able to take back my camry and put me in a new rav for less money. Great customer service with a great price 5Stars I was in the market to buy a hybrid, and decided to check out the Lexus, Kia, and Toyota on Rt. 9 in Freehold. We walked around the parking lot, we went into the showroom, walked up to the car we liked, we opened it and sat in the car and NO one came over to introduce themselves whatsoever. No one at Lexus or the Freehold Toyota dealership acknowledged my wife or myself. Awesome experience Went to Toyota World of Lakewood and couldn't have been happier. I have never had a better experience when buying a car. There was no haggling over price, the salesman Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and the Sales Manager Dean was honest and upfront! Although we spent several hours between the test drive and the purchase, it would have been the same anywhere but the experience would not have been as good!
The staff is fantastic Walking into Toyota World was like walking into an extended families house. We met everyone! From management to salespeople, they were all friendly and courteous. We worked with Sam and Xyavier during both visits and Noel put our plates on and paired our new phone to our car. I highly recommend this dealer and would advise any who reads this to check them out!
