After asking about credit options early in the evening via text, I got a follow up text at 1025pm. I'm not sure what planet you all live on but 1025 is a bit late in my world. I was beyond stunned and still quite upset.

I attempted to purchase a car from your dealership in January. Every offer fell through due to your finance person encouraging me to be dishonest on my application. The entire experience was stressful and humiliating. On 2/16/18, when I returned the car, I was told a check for my down payment would be in the mail as of the following Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday).
