I was extremely disappointed at what occurred on February 26, 2023 when I visited the location in Morrow, ** *****. If I could give anything less I would. This location has provided poor service. On a previous visit I dropped off my vehicle for service and after 5 hrs I returned to find that the technician did not know where my vehicle was. I located it in the lot and it had not been worked on. On my most last visit on 4/13/22 I scheduled a ******* mile service. Our system shows the clients recent mileage was *******. She had transmission drain/coolant change/oil change/fuel induction and injection service done $515.41 Our free Life-time tire rotation was not done due to condition of tires. Tire rotation would have been no charge, since tires were purchased here. 3 of one kind of tire and 1 different tire. 4 original tires were purchased 1/12/19 @ ****** miles. Our labor rates are constantly analyzed by Toyota and confirmed to be competitive within the local marketplace. Our obligation is to train and certify our technicians, allow for facility updates with latest tools and equipment in order to be proficient in maintaining and repairing Toyota vehicles to the highest standard. Toyota certified technicians are paid a higher hourly rate than independent mechanics, simply based on the higher standards they are held to.
This is not the place to take your vehicle for repairs... I am hoping you read this and avoid it at all costs. I was told to repair my car it would cost $483. Because I need a working vehicle I paid it. The technician used a computer to run codes, but the service adviser decided it wasn't necessary for me to be made aware of all parts needed.
