Just got home from running my Saturday errands and I would like to say how extremely grateful I am for my Toyota South family. Andre Dumas took such great care of me today and went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. He really exceeded my expectations. I am forever grateful.
The staff is always courteous and do an excellent job. I have taken my car there for service multiple times because I trust them.
I went out to my car when they were done only to find my car rosery some ass hats at Toyota South managed to break it and then didn't even tell me. So when I went back in to confront them about it she said,"you mean the beads aren't in your car" no b**** the beads aren't in my car they were trying to hide the fact that they did it however they left the crucifix laying in the floor board. Toyota South has been my exclusive service center for past ten years. It's convenient, comfortable and clean. I remain confident that my concerns will be handled. I love the customer service waiting area. I can relax and watch TV/read a magazine. I can plug up and get some work done.
Poor customer service. Experts of the bait and switch. Get you in with one car, then miraculously it’s sold before you get a chance to drive it, then try to sell you car that lots more than you want to spend.
Got my car serviced here. After initial high hopes, they seriously let me down by changing their story several times. The staff seemed confused as to whether or not my service tech was even working when I called. Changed their story and then when I confronted my service tech he just got defensive about it. He wouldn't let go of it either, brought it up when I picked up my car.
