I drove 2 hrs to get ripped off. This place bait and switched my deal. Sticker price was 11,900 and they claimed I had to pay 1800 more security package. Obviously trying to recoup from lowering their price to mark it as an internet special, this raised the sticker price, then no where on the paperwork was that security package honored. Complete rip off. Do not buy here. Salesman and sales manager was well aware of this dishonesty. Salesman was Tommy.
The marketing team are absolutely incompetent. I somehow got on their emailing list, which I never signed up for (illegal). I have asked to be taken off the list multiple times and I still get the emails (illegal). I've called in three times and no one can help me, so I stay on it (illegal) and the opt-out link at the bottom goes nowhere (illegal). John Mannering provided excellent service as always! He is the best with customer service and taking care of your car promptly and with the most pleasant attitude! He has taken care of 2 of my cars over the past 10+ years. Awesome!
I just bought my 3rd car from this dealership. Barbara was my sales person and was probably the best one yet. She was extremely professional, personable, humorous, funny, down to earth, knowledgeable, confident and patient. If you want to buy a car and a great experience, you have to ask far Barbara. William was my finance manager. Same for him, very personable, professional, patient and knowledgeable of what he was asking me to sign. horrible service.... they had 45 days to put in for my tag but failed to do so... they want the sell but not the paper work on top of how rude they are
