The toilet paper in their bathrooms is seriously amazing. Was expecting thin one ply but was met with cushy softness. Took a picture of the print so I could get some for myself. Also coffee is great while waiting for services, this is related to discovery of the toilet paper!
I am done after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. The customer service has cratered and my experience yesterday was the final straw. First, it took a full week to schedule a simple oil change, but since I wasn't in a big hurry, I wasn't too upset. Bought my daughter used car here, year later the engine blew. They offered us 3,000 for the car then tried to get us to buy another car that I'm sure will have problems as well. Typical dealer tactics. But they made their money selling lemons to teenagers that don't have other options.
I took my vehicle in to get serviced at Wilson Toyota. I bought the vehicle, brand new from them, a few months prior. They changed the oil, did their inspection and rotated my tires. I didn’t think to inspect my vehicle, but should have, when leaving. They scraped one of my rims, quite badly, and also moved my seat and rear view mirror in the craziest way.
