Bought my daughter used car here, year later the engine blew. They offered us 3,000 for the car then tried to get us to buy another car that I'm sure will have problems as well. Typical dealer tactics. But they made their money selling lemons to teenagers that don't have other options.
I took my vehicle in to get serviced at Wilson Toyota. I bought the vehicle, brand new from them, a few months prior. They changed the oil, did their inspection and rotated my tires. I didn’t think to inspect my vehicle, but should have, when leaving. They scraped one of my rims, quite badly, and also moved my seat and rear view mirror in the craziest way. Love this place!
They were very helpful with my son and replacing the battery to his car. They gave him a free shuttle to and from the dealership to his apartment. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend calling them if your college kid needs auto repair help.
At my 10k routine service i found my new vehicle returned to me with grease on the interior. A note was then added to my account to check for grease on interior for future services. Fast forward to my Routine 20k service and was again left with grease marks on interior, this time on my ceiling. Their remedy was a free detail. The free detail included the pressure washer being sprayed inside my car on my second row splattering salt, road grime, and gravel (winter time) all over my interior for me to find upon pickup.
