RecommendedSales Department is the best in the business.The Service department is on top of their game and untouchable. The parts department either has it or can get a part in with almost 0 delay in time!
Thanks to Ken Koeller, Katie, John, Kory, and staff for their work this past weekend. I drove up on short-notice from Baraboo after seeing a Tundra listed online that I was interested in. Ken worked with me while balancing a delivery that he already had scheduled and everyone made it happen. That Tundra looks pretty good sitting in the garage next to my wife's Highlander!
Kou was very helpful with us buying our new vehicle. He was able to answer all our questions about the car to finance. He was also help on being able to work around our busy schedule to meet and pick up our vehicle.

My salesman was great helped me find a vehicle that was good for me and was very respectful to me about letting me know about the status of my vehicle and when picking it up he went through everything on the vehicle and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with it before I left. Also Ben handled the paperwork he had everything ready for me and only took a few minutes to get everything done and he also explained the extended warranty if I wanted it. my husband took our van in to be repaired due to a recall and was reassured he would be picked up by 4 from the shuttle bus. My husband reminded them countless times due to today being my son's birthday. well it's going on 4:30 and my husband is still waiting and our plans are ruined.
Ken Koeller was quick to get us in and taken care of on a busy day! We appreciated being able to purchase a car so hassle free!
