The service is excellent and the people were very kind, but I just had to pay roughly $150 to get told that they don't know how to fix my Toyota and I don't find that acceptable. I understand that its entirely possible that the misfire issue didn't present its self when it was in their care like they stated but I am able to replicate it on demand, and gave them very specific instructions on how to do so. I'm not pleased. I don't like paying people and not getting any results.
My husband and I weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. Ryan Lorenz listened to what we said, suggested some options, and two days later had our shiny new car waiting. He made the paperwork process as painless as possible by doing a lot of it ahead of time for us. And he spent as much time as we needed answering questions and making sure we understood the new bells and whistles. We would definitely go back to Ryan for another purchase.
